OHHHH NOOOO they are keeping me captive!

Hi Everyone...

Boy is Elmo lost. Elmo has been in this box now for a really long time. Elmo doesn't really know how long because its always dark in here and Elmo can't tell day from night. Elmo has eaten all the chocolate in the box and then found a present for someone. But Elmo cant read the name. Elmo thinks its a present for someone. Elmo knows it has a B on there though. Maybe that's who is going to open the box??

A funny thing has happened. Elmo doesn't understand what though. Elmo isn't being sent on. The person who opened the box wants to keep me and is asking Lauren for some sort of thing to send me on. Elmo just doesn't understand. Elmo hopes Lauren will pay the 'ransom' and then Elmo can go on to visit the next person.

Elmo will write to you all again soon, I don't want the battery on my nifty lil lap top to go dead, so Elmo is saving it.

Please if you see Lauren and Gail, tell them that Elmo is OK but Elmo is starting to get reallly realllly hungry....
